How do I take the supplements?
1 sachet daily. Take one sachet directly or mix with 200ml water at your own preference . Please consume with water under 40˚C to maintain the highest potency of the natural ingredients in the product.
To reap the benefits of the product consumptions, it is suggested to consume –
Origo before breakfast.
Nutrio before breakfast.
Reparo before breakfast or dinner.
Renovo before 5pm.
Digero with empty stomach.

Any side effects?
Very rare. Some people experience mild detox symptoms (headache, more bowel movements) in the first 3–5 days. This is normal and means it's working. Drink more water and the symptoms disappear.
Some users may experience flushing reaction after consuming Origo due to the presence of vitamin B3, which is not an allergic reaction and typically subsides quickly. We suggest you to take 1/3 of the sachet to experience the reaction during initial consumption.
